**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience
- Develop video production plans, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and scheduling
- Create social media, specific video assets (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Oversee the entire video production process, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing. Ensure the use of professional-grade equipment and software to achieve high-quality videos
- Technical and creative support during larger scale shooting
- Research and maintenance of the video equipment is also part of your responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all video projects
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure video projects align with overall organizational goals and strategies

**Your qualifications**
- Bachelor/ Master studies or apprentice in the field of media science or graphic design, preferably with focus on animated motion pictures
- First professional experience as a video editor/ producer
- Extensive knowledge in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve
- Basic graphic animation and sound editing skills are an advantage
- Experience with all relevant technical requirements
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in video production, including social media video formats and platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control
- Well structured, organized yet creative with strong hands-on mentality
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
