**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**
Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (w/m/d), der uns in operative Projekten im Cloud ERP Product Success Team (PSSC) unterstützt.
- Unterstützung im Operational und Controlling in PSCC: Budget Monitoring, Cost Reporting und Forecasting; Projekt-Staffing und Monitoring
- Durchführung von Datenanalysen, Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Dokumenten auf ad-hoc-Basis für das Managementteam
- Aufbau von starken Zusammenarbeiten im
PSCC-Team sowie mit internen und externen Stakeholdern mit der Intension aktuelle Projekte und Initiativen, wo benötigt, zu unterstützen
**Das solltest du mitbringen**
Du bist ein Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Universität angewandter Wissenschaften. Wir suchen jemanden, der die Initiative ergreift sowie ausdauernd und neugierig ist.
- Du bist bereit > 6 Monate mit dem Team zu arbeiten
- Präferiertes Studienfach: Business und/oder Business Administration
- Sprachvorraussetzung: fließend in Englisch, Deutsch als Plus
- Gewünschte Qualifikation / Erfahrung: Analytisches sowie aufgaben
- und ergebnissorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit; kann in einem globalen und multikulturellen Umfeld arbeiten
- Qualifikationen für diese Position: fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Excel, vertraut mit PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams (Must-Haves)

Unsere Experten unterstützen Kunden
- und Partnerimplementierungsprojekte für ein erfolgreiches Go-Live. Darüber hinaus helfen wir den Product Management und Engineering-Teams mit praktischen Erfahrungen und Feedback von den Kundenprojekten.
Hauptaufgaben von PSCC beinhalten: Customer Care programs, Customer Advocacy programs, Expert Enablement, Customer-like Testing und viele mehr
