We are looking for a **Global Benefits Partner** to join the **Compensation and Benefits** team
- This role_ requires you to be in the office once per week._

**What you will do**:

- Study, design and implement a comprehensive benefits package align with the company's culture throughout all the locations (programmes to be considered: health insurance coverage, holidays and vacations, pension plan, life insurance, and others)
- Evaluate the cost and benefits of wellness programmes, life and long-term care insurance, and any other benefits
- Establish and implement a quantitative scorecard process for selecting new benefits and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of current benefits programs
- Partner with the Finance team to manage and evaluate the cost of all benefits programs to optimize our global benefit plans cost and performance
- Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers
- Design and implement communication programs to enhance the value of benefit programs and increase employee understanding and engagement

**What you need**:

- 5 years of Global benefits experience
- Knowledge of US Compensation and Benefits package including: Health & Welfare, 401(k), STD/LTD/FMLA and global wellness plans would be a big plus.
- Demonstrated ability to be consultative and pragmatic in program development and evaluation
- Experience in companies in hyper growth will be advantageous
- Strong Communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent level of English
