Als Teil eines dreiköpfigen HR-Teams findest du die passenden Auszubildende für unsere drei Münchner Hotels und begleitest sie während ihrer gesamten Zeit im Unternehmen.

- Bewerbermanagement von der Ausschreibung bis hin zum Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen für Auszubildende
- Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Auszubildenden, Praktikanten und dualen Studenten
- Administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Erstellen von Vertragsdokumenten, Bearbeitung von Urlaubsanträgen, oder Ausarbeitung von Zeugnissen
- Ansprechpartner/in für die Berufsschule und IHK
- Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung
- Ausbau unserer Social Media Kanäle / Content Management
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Organisation von Schulungen
- Mitwirken bei spannenden Personal-Projekten

**Das suchen wir**:

- abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder abgeschlossenes touristisches Studium
- 1 bis 2 Jahre Erfahrung im HR- Bereich, gerne auch als Werkstudent oder Praktikant
- Selbständigkeit sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- offenes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Diskretion und Gewissenhaftigkeit
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und den gängigen Recruitingplattformen, Erfahrung mit der HR-Software Personio wäre wünschenswert
- fließende Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
