At getquin, we are on a mission to empower people to become better investors
We started three years ago with a portfolio tracker and quickly added a social network to it, to foster exchange of ideas with friends, fellow investors and financial experts. Our app helps everyone to not only manage their investment, but also make informed financial decisions, and this for free, as we strongly believe that knowledge should be accessible to all.
With over 200k+ members, we are as of today the largest investment community in Europe. And with our recent Series A of $15m, led by global fintech investor Portage Ventures, known for investments such as Clark and Wealthsimple, and joined by Horizons Ventures, the venture capital firm behind other German fintech companies such as N26 and wefox, we are only getting started.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our Chief of Staff, you will be a sparring partner for the C-Level and work closely together with them on strategic projects.
- Collaborating cross functionally to unblock, unlock and drive change, driving strategic projects and ensure the organization is exceeding targets and on track for key initiatives.
- Executing on a diverse set of problems, including end-to-end project management on top business priorities.
- Leading and facilitating high impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinating and optimising our annual and quarterly goal setting processes.
- Proactively analysing market, user and competition data and deriving strategic consequences for getquin.
**What we are looking for**:
- You have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking or private equity.
- You already have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- You have a self-confident and engaging manner and can quickly connect with others and convince different personalities through your positive nature.
- Reliability, accuracy, and independence characterise your way of working.
- You have a fluent knowledge of English.
