Als Infrastructure Finance Transaction Manager*in bist du Teil des Specialised Lending Transaction Management Teams im Bereich Lending. Das Team verantwortet eine risiko
- und sachgerechte Überwachung der sich im Portfolio befindlichen strukturierten non-recourse Cashflow basierten Infrastrukturfinanzierungen (z.T. mit ECA Deckung), Leveraged Finance sowie ausgewählte Corporate to Corporate Acquisition Finance Transaktionen durch eine vollumfängliche Betreuung. Zu den Aufgaben der Betreuung zählen neben der Erstellung von Prolongationsvorlagen, Ratingerstellung, Bearbeitung von Waivern mit Analyse/ Koordinierung von internen und externen Beratungseinheiten wie Legal, Compliance, Tax, externe Anwälte.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Zu deinen Aufgaben als Produktspezialist*in Infrastructure Finance mit zunächst Schwerpunkt Infrastrukturfinanzierungen gehören
- Monitoring, d.h. selbstständige Analyse und Bewertung der regelmäßig von den Portfoliounternehmen übermittelten wirtschaftlichen, technischen, versicherungstechnischen, juristischen u.ä. Berichterstattungen, Überprüfung der berichteten Covenants sowie Marktbeobachtungen anhand von eigener Recherche.
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen unter Einbeziehung interner Tools und anderer Fachabteilungen für Prolongationsanträge/ Waiver/ Vertragsanpassungen im Zusammenhang mit Amendments oder Restrukturierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate Intensive Care.
- Erstellung des Ratings über das Cashflow basierte Rating Tool wofür die Aktualisierung des internen Cashflow Tools/ der externen Kunden Cash Flow Models notwendig sind
- Übernahme der internen und externen Koordination/ Verantwortung für Beratung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von internen wie externen Prozessen, dabei stehst du im direkten Kontakt mit den Agenten/ Unternehmen/ externen Beratern und anderen Finanzinstituten sowie internen Fachabteilungen
- Einbringung des Portfolio-Knowhows bei Refinanzierung der Transaktionen in das Origination Team
- Internes Reporting zu den Bestandsengagements

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit der Fachrichtung Wirtschaft/ Wirtschaftsingenieur/ Jura alternativ (Bank-) kaufmännische Ausbildung, ergänzt um weiterführende Qualifikationen.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kredit, Spezial
- oder Strukturierte Finanzierungen und somit praktische Erfahrung/ Kenntnisse in der Unternehmens
- und Finanzanalyse, in Kredit-/Cashflow-/ Kennzahlen Analyse, Financial Modelling, Koordination von Projektaufgaben, Verhandlungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen (insbesondere Excel)
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Soft Skills: Analytische/ strukturierende Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative, Aufgeschlossenheit, Teamorientierung
