Wir von Lieblingsgarn bringen das Thema Handarbeit kreativ ins Netz. Wir vertreiben in unserem Onlineshop lieblingsgarn.de alles, was die Herzen von Handarbeitsbegeisterten höherschlagen lässt. Wir nutzen aktuelle Technologien und wollen das Thema Handarbeit vom eingestaubten Image befreien.

Wir haben viel vor und suchen für unser Team in Berlin-Adlershof ab sofort einen:
**Head of Marketing (w/m/d)**:

Als Head of Marketing bei Lieblingsgarn wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Team spielen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Marketingstrategien, die unser Wachstum fördern und unsere Brand stärken.

***Das erwartet Dich**:

- Du verantwortest unsere Marketingaktivitäten, und bringst uns in den Fokus unserer Zielgruppe
- Du baust unser Marketing Team (derzeit 4 Personen) auf und aus, und betreust als Führungskraft alle Teammitglieder fachlich und disziplinarisch
- Du bist zusammen mit Deinem Team für die Planung und Durchführung von Online-Marketingkampagnen, einschließlich, E-Mail-Marketing, Content-Marketing, Suchmaschinenmarketing, Social Media verantwortlich
- Du verantwortest unser Marketingbudget und stellst die Erreichung unserer KPIs sicher
- Mit klarem Kundenfokus sorgst Du für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Shops, eine bessere Nutzererfahrung und damit für mehr Umsatz auf Lieblingsgarn.de

**Dein Profil**:

- **Erfahrung**: Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Marketing, vorzugsweise in der E-Commerce
- oder Einzelhandelsbranche
- **Technik**: Du hast ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in den relevanten Marketingkanälen und -techniken wie SEO, SEM, Content-Marketing, E-Mail-Marketing und Social Media-Marketing
- **Teamführung**: Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität und bist in der Lage, Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung zu leiten, Deadlines einzuhalten und Teammitglieder zu inspirieren und zu motivieren.
- **Analyse**: Du denkst analytisch und bist in der Lage Erkenntnisse aus Daten zu gewinnen, und diese Marketingstrategien umzusetzen
- **Kommunikation**: Du verfügst über exzellente verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch. Du kannst komplexe Ideen klar und überzeugend darstellen.
- **Trends**: Du bist immer auf dem neuesten Stand der aktuellen Marketingtrends und -technologien. Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis dafür, wie sich die digitale Marketinglandschaft entwickelt, und bist in der Lage, diese Erkenntnisse effektiv in deine Marketingstrategie zu integrieren.
