- Zweck der Stelle- Sicherstellung der korrekten und zeitgerechten Erfassung und Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen sowie die Bereitstellung von First-Line-Support für Kundenanfragen
- Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch Kundenbetreuung
- Zusammenarbeit innerhalb von Sasol mit (M&S, Supply Chain, P&O, Logistics, QM und Finance), um das Sasol-Wertversprechen zu vermitteln und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu erreichen.
- Wichtigste Zuständigkeiten- Kundenbetreuung für zugewiesene Kunden
- Entgegennahme, Erfassung und Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen
- Eingabe in das EDV-System, überwachen der Verfügbarkeit, Kommunikation mit dem Kunden bis hin zur automatisierten Rechnungsstellung
- Übernahme der Informationen an den Kunden bzgl. Liefertermin, Abweichungen und Lieferänderungen, Weitergabe aller notwendigen Informationen für das Erstellen eventueller Zoll Dokumente sowie das Erkennen und Lösen von Problemen
- Gewährleisten der Erfüllung, der von den betreuten Kunden erwarteten Leistungen hinsichtlich Verpackung, Lieferpapiere, Termineinhaltung, Markierung und Menge
- Sicherstellung und Nachverfolgung von Zahlungserinnerungen an Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Funktionen (M&S, Finanzen, SC)
- Berufsausbildung/ Studium- Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Groß und Aussenhandel, oder Industrie
- Berufserfahrung- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im innergemeinschaftlichen Handel und Warenverkehr
- Benötigte Persönliche un Fachliche Qualifikationen- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Eigeninitiative
