• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers
• Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store and ensure that it is always well-presented
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

• Previous sales experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of product knowledge and ability to make recommendations to customers
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer service standards
