Your future team

As Principal Account Management Excellence, you will be responsible to continuously improve Account Management in our organization in order to deliver on the promise of bringing more bookings and a great service to our customers. For this, you’ll work closely with the local Account Management teams, Product, Customer Service and Business Intelligence, among other stakeholders. You will act as an Individual Contributor and will report to the global VP of Sales & Account Management.

**Location**: This role can be based in Munich, Hamburg, Friedrichshafen, Freiburg, Palma de Mallorca, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Málaga, Barcelona, Alicante, Milan, Bolzano, Cagliari, Catania, Florence, Bari, Faro, Lisbon, Bordeaux, Lyon, Rennes, Marseille or Athens.

Your role in this journey
- Assume responsibility for the development and execution of Account Management strategies as well as training for employees.
- Identify, coordinate and execute AM projects (i.e. increase contact with high value customers, develop AM revenue optimization arm, increase AM selling focus, target setting).
- Optimize and continuously improve all relevant processes in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Heads/Area Leads, Account Managers, Customer Service, Sales Ops, CRM, Product).
- Tooling excellence: Develop tools to improve AM work together with Product teams (CRM, opportunity dashboards).
- Visit local offices to spend time with Account Managers and find processes to improve.
- Optimize important KPIs: calendar share, churn, portfolio expansion, AM efficiency.

Your backpack is filled with
- Minimum of 5 years in Account Management or Project Management.
- Proven project management skills (under time pressure and with a set budget), including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation and Change Management skills.
- Good analytical skills and a strong ability to think strategically and conceptually.
- Solution-oriented mindset, combining customer centricity with business acumen.
- Basic experience in leading a team is a plus.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams on product solutions and toolings.
