**Wir suchen Dich**:
Für unser wachsendes** Process**-Team **am Standort **Karlsruhe** suchen wir dich in **Vollzeit** (40h) und **unbefristet**, als **Lead Process Engineering **(m/w/d) **mit Schwerpunkt im **erdverlegten Leitungsbau.**

**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:

- Du führst eigenständig ein Team von Ingenieuren sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch und setzt mit Dritten den Bau unseres Pipeline-Projekts um.
- Als Hauptverantwortlicher wirkst du bei der Erstellung von verschiedenen Dokumenten (Verfahrensschemata, Spezifikationen, Betriebs
- und Wartungsdokumente, etc.) mit und unterstützt bei der Zusammenarbeit mit ZÜS und Behörden.
- Du prüfst Projektierungsunterlagen sowie deren vertragsgemäße Erfüllung während der Engineering
- und Umsetzungsphase und greifst bei Bedarf korrigierend ein.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit EPCM-Contractoren bist du für die Entwicklung und Realisierung neuer Verfahren, Abläufe, Richtlinien und Standards zuständig.
- Du unterstützt alle beteiligten Stellen bei Planung, Ausführung sowie Inbetriebnahme und Betriebsführung der Pipelines einschließlich dazugehöriger verfahrenstechnischer Einrichtungen.
- In deiner Funktion als Schnittstelle sorgst du intern und extern für einen reibungslosen Informationsaustausch und bist maßgeblich am Qualitätssicherungsprozess beteiligt.

**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Anlagenbau oder vergleichbar.
- Du blickst auf langjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 8 Jahre) mit weitreichender Expertise im erdverlegten Rohrleitungsbau, Anlagenbau und/oder Verfahrenstechnik zurück.
- Du hast Erfahrung als Führungskraft und bist bereit, dein Wissen strukturiert und nachhaltig weiterzugeben.
- Neben deinem Organisationsgeschick hast du ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Deine Reisebereitschaft, vorzugsweise zwischen Karlsruhe, Augsburg und unseren Anlagen runden dein Profil ab.
