**Aufgaben**:

- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines hochqualifizierten und engagierten Teams.
- In Ihrer Funktion berichten Sie direkt an die Bereichsleitung und bei Bedarf an den Vorstand und verantworten das Stakeholder-Management.
- Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter*innen, sowie einen optimalen Personaleinsatz in der Organisationseinheit verantwortlich.
- Sie verantworten die Festlegung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Einkaufsstrategie.
- In ihrer Position sind Sie hauptverantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung von der in Ihrem Team erstellten Warengruppenstrategien.
- Bei relevanten Eskalationsvorgängen, sowie Entwicklungsmaßnahmen führen Sie operativ internationale Verhandlungen durch und sind für die Absicherung der Vergaben in den spezifischen Warengruppen verantwortlich.
- Sie stellen mit Ihrem Team die Versorgungssicherheit und Materialqualität bei allen Beschaffungsvorgängen für die spezifischen Warengruppen der jew. Funktionseinheit sicher.
- Mit ihrem Team unterstützen Sie die Organisationseinheit Procurement Contracting & Claim Management bei vertraglichen Abweichungen.

**Profil**:

- Sie haben einen ausgezeichneten Studienabschluss in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschafts
- und Naturwissenschaften, oder vergleichbar.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) von idealerweise multinationalen und crossfunktionalen Teams (mind. 10 Mitarbeitenden) mit und konnten bereits Ihre Überzeugungskraft sowie Fähigkeit zur Motivation von Mitarbeitenden unter Beweis stellen.
- Sie bringen profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich Einkauf (Strategieentwicklung, Verhandlungsführung, Vertragsgestaltung und Lieferantenmanagement) sowie im Bereich Finanzen (Finanzkenn-zahlen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Absicherungsmodelle) mit.
- Sie besitzen sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Affinität zur Umsetzung und Operationalisierung von komplexen Strategien sowie ein hohes Maß an unternehmerischem Denken.
- Sie haben ein hohes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis und bestenfalls eine Aus
- oder Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement (IPMA/PMI).
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen, diplomatische Kommunikationsstärke und konnten ihre strategische Denkweise bereits unter Beweis stellen.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
