**WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET**

Wir suchen Dich als engagierte/n Expertin/en, die / der im Team Bricks (Brick & Mortar) für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung von Kundenaufträgen verantwortlich ist. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, erfasste Kundenaufträge bei unseren Logistikdienstleistern (3PL) einzulasten und in enger Abstimmung mit den Dienstleistern, den Kollegen des 3PL-Managements, Sales und Kundenservicecenter (KSC) und den eingesetzten Spediteuren und Paketdienstleistern die mengen
- und termingerechte Belieferung unserer Kunden sicherzustellen.

Du beauftragst Speditionen und stellst sowohl ausreichend Frachtraum sicher als auch die Buchung und Einhaltung der Anliefer-Zeitfenster bei unseren Kunden.

Mit unserem Planungsteam stimmst Du die erforderliche Bevorratung der Versandlagerorte zur Sicherstellung der vollständigen und fristgerechten Belieferung der Kunden ab.

Du unterstützt und nimmst an den täglichen ShopFloor-Meetings teil.

Im Umfeld von unterschiedlichen Systemwelten bei SodaStream und unseren Dienstleistern, die i. d. R. durch Schnittstellen verbunden sind, ist hohe IT-Affinität von Vorteil.

Die Erstellung von Listen, Statistiken und Analysen sowie die Aufdeckung von Schwachstellen zur Prozessoptimierung sind ebenfalls Teil Deiner Aufgaben und bist sicher im Umgang mit Kennzahlen (KPI) und Reportings.

**Requirements**:
**WAS DU MITBRINGST**
- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition
- und Logistikdienstleistungen
- Ein
- bis zweijährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Logistik mit sehr guten Kenntnissen im Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen im Materialwirtschafts-und Logistikbereich
- Erfahrung im Bereich Speditionswesen und Paketdienstabwicklung
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Offenheit, Kreativität und Teamgeist sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter
- Bei herausfordernden Situationen bewahrst du einen kühlen Kopf
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an analytischem und lösungsorientiertem Denken, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis aus
- Mit Deiner „Can-Do“ Attitude und Flexibilität trägst Du Deine Projekte aktiv zum Erfolg
- Im Umgang mit Excel bist Du sehr vertraut
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
