The Senior Expert Supply Chain Quality Transformation (M/F/d) is responsible for the maintenance, practicability, and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain Quality Management System (QMS) based on an overarching business and quality process monitoring (e.g. KPI's, End to End process chains) applicable to all CDC/DC sites.

**Your assignments**:

- Establishment and maintenance of a Supply Chain Quality Management System as integral part of the Global QMS including functioning process-/tool interfaces also to non-quality business process areas and their monitoring
- Definition, continuous improvement of SAP workflows in context with SC activities
- Definition and maintenance of continuous training program
- Definition and maintenance of suitable premises and equipment
- Definition of a Document Management System: Definition of GDP-relevant documentation requirements in alignment with corporate QMS requirements
- Definition and maintenance of a risk-based shipping lane concept
- Ensuring that all SC related interfacing business partners are connected to complaint, NCC, audit, SQM tools (e.g., Trackwise, SAP) to ensure investigations, actions are progressed timely and in cooperation with commercial country organization, CDC/DC, manufacturing site, where applicable
- Reporting any subcontracted SC activities which may impact GDP licenses, Certificates e.g., MDSAP regulatory correspondent internal and external
- Supporting the communication with/ to authorities e.g., TÜV SÜD, RP Darmstadt, National authorities

**Your profile**:

- Completed bachelor's degree, ideally a higher degree
- Several years of relevant hands-on experience in the field of distribution of Medical Devices and business tools
- Experience as Wholesales responsible person according to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and AMG advantageous
- Knowledge of actual applicable quality management standards (e.g., ISO13485, IS09001, ISO 14001)
- Understanding of medical device regulations (e.g. MDD/MDR)
- Knowledge of medicinal products regulations (GMP, AMG, AMWHV Article 83 2001/83/EU, ICH Q10, MDSAP underlying regulatory requirements)
- Advanced English language skills
- Good Electronic Data Processing knowledge (e.g. SAP, MS-Office, Lotus Notes, TrackWise, PTC- Windchill or similar)
- Willingness to travel
