Director Supply Chain Quality Operation

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Regelmäßig ausgeübte Aufgaben, die maßgeblich die Funktion bestimmen.
- Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebs an den für die Lieferkette relevanten Standorten in der Region
- Umsetzung der spezifischen nationalen & internationalen Anforderungen an Lagerung und Distribution
- Sicherstellung der Qualifizierung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern, für die Bereiche Transport und Lagerung
- Leitet und kontrolliert das Qualitätssystem und die Verbesserung der Qualitätssystemprozesse
- Verantwortlich für QSC QMS & Software Tool Implementierung, Wartung, Governance in zugewiesenen M&SCQ Lagern und kommerziellen Landesorganisationen
- Genehmigung der Qualifizierung von Unterauftragnehmern und Sicherstellung der Qualifizierung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern inkl. der dazugehörigen Lieferantenqualitätsmanagementsystemen
- Überwachung der Leistung der Supply Chain-Lieferanten an den FMC EMEA M&SCQ-Standorten inkl. Kommunikation und Dokumentation aller größeren Abweichungen und Probleme in bspw. SAP, SCE und SQM
- Gewährleistet und unterstützt die Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung von QSC-Prozessen im Wareneingang z.B. Wareneingangskontrolle, Transport, Lagerung und Distribution
- Unterstützt alle EMEA-Supply-Chain-Standorte und die jeweiligen Lieferanten beim Risikomanagement und Change-Management-Aktivitäten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BA/MA/MBA) der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaft, Pharmazie, Ingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Fundierte und umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang und in der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen; vorzugsweise im Supply Chain Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit pharmazeutischen Normen und Prozessen ist von Vorteil, insp. GMP, GDP, ICH Q10, RDP und weiteren Normen (aber keine Voraussetzung)
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse von Auditprozessen
- Tiefgreifende Erfahrungen und Verständnis einer modernen Supply Chain innerhalb eines stark regulierten Umfeldes
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, vorzugsweise in einem sehr komplexen und international geprägten Umfeld
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
