Brandneu. Frisch gegründet. Mitten auf St. Pauli. Vujadé ist eine Digital-Beratung. Wir helfen großen Unternehmen mit Daten und Strategien einen neuen Blick auf ihr Online-Marketing zu werfen, einfacher zu entscheiden und schneller zu wachsen.
Wer steckt hinter Vujadé? Die Digitalagentur Cream Colored Ponies. Dort betreuen wir bereits seit 2010 namhafte Unternehmen, wie z. B. EDEKA, ENTEGA, Endress+Hauser, Haspa oder tesa.
**Die Idee der Neugründung**: Bisher haben wir Strategie und Kreation unter einem Dach angeboten. Jetzt gründen wir Vujadé aus, um Kunden noch fokussierter in den Bereichen Daten und Strategie unterstützen zu können.
**Unsere Mission**: Digitalerfolg einfach machen und anhand der Daten herausfinden, was für unsere Kunden wirklich funktioniert.

Aufgaben
**Dafür suchen wir Dich**:
- Du übernimmst die Leitung und den Ausbau des Projektmanagement-Teams (z. Zt. zwei Mitarbeitende)
- Du berätst und führst unsere Kunden
- Du steuerst Strategie
- und Onlinemarketing-Projekte
- Zudem unterstützt Du bei New Business
Qualifikation
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Erfahrung: Du besitzt mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Online-Marketing und im Management (z. B. in einem Start-up, eines Unternehmen oder auf Beratungs-/Agenturseite).
- Fachliches Know-how: Du hast Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing oder mindestens einer datenorientierten Digitaldisziplin.
- Kundenorientierung: Die erstbeste Lösung ist nicht Deins, Du suchst nach Wegen und Abkürzungen, um deine Kunden schneller wirklich erfolgreich zu machen.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst auch komplexe Dinge einfach darstellen und Kunden und Teams überzeugen.
- Strukturtalent: Du magst Tools und Prozesse und schaffst Strukturen, wo noch keine sind.
- Pragmatismus: Du krempelst die Ärmel hoch, wenn etwas zu tun ist.
