Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:
- Verantwortlich für die Koordination, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung des weltweiten **Prozesses **zur Förderung und Einhaltung **internationaler Standards und Prinzipien für Menschenrechte**:
- **Identifikation und Koordination interner und externer Anforderungen **(Spiegelung an der eigenen Prozesslandschaft sowie Ableitung von Prozess
- und Arbeitsanweisungen)
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung der Infineon **Menschenrechtsstrategie **und -kommunikation (intern & extern)
- Koordination und Erstellung des Berichts gemäß den Anforderungen des deutschen Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes
- Verantwortlich für intern und **externe Kommunikation **zu Menschenrechten
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung **interner sowie externer Audits **für Menschenrechte
- Unterstützung beim **Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement der Infineon Lieferkette **, inklusive Definition und Pflege von Anforderungen
- Eigenständige Aufbereitung von **Statusberichten und Präsentationen auf Managementebene **sowie die Vorbereitung und Administration von Managementmeetings und Beratung von Schnittstellenpartnern auf Abteilungs
- und Managementebene
Sie etablieren durch Ihre offene und kommunikative Art eine schnelle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit. Hohe Qualität der Informationen, Glaubwürdigkeit und Transparenz sind für Sie der Schlüssel, um gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen. Eigenverantwortlich treiben Sie Ideen voran, überzeugen bei inhaltlichen Diskussionen und stecken mit Ihrem Enthusiasmus Ihre Kollegen an.
Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich **Naturwissenschaften, Jura, Nachhaltigkeit **oder vergleichbar
- **3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung **; Erfahrungen im Prozess-Management, Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie, (nichtfinanzielle) Berichterstattung, Lieferantenmanagement, Menschenrechte oder/und im Halbleiterbereich sind von Vorteil
- Nachweisliche Kenntnisse im Bereich **Datenanalyse und -verarbeitung **sowie sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse erforderlich (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Fundierte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem **deutschen Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz **sind wünschenswert
- Ausgezeichnete **analytische und kommunikative **Fähigkeiten
- **Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**
