Am **Airbus Helicopters **-Standort in **Donauwörth **suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung für aktuelle und zukünftige Projekte eine/-n **Head Of Production Control Single Parts (m/w/d).
**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferungen von Einzelteilen und Untergruppen für alle Hubschrauber
- und Aiplane Doors Programme
- Managen aller Materialien und Lieferanten für die metallische Einzelteilfertigung, national und international
- Sicherstellung der Vergabe und Bestellabwicklung an externe Supplier in der verlängerten Werkbank
- Analyse von Bestandsreichweiten und Implementierung von nachhaltigen Maßnahmen zum Antizipieren, Vermeiden und Nachverfolgen von Fehlteilen
- Sicherstellen der operativen, kommerziellen und qualitativen Kennzahlen sowie der Budgets in Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Organisationen,
- Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen mit Wirkung auf Kosten, Durchlaufzeiten, Inventory (Stock&WIP), turn rate etc.
- Analyse und nachhaltige Abstellung systematischer Probleme nach PPS Logik
- Abgleich der Bedarfe und veränderten Anforderungen des internen Kunden und externen Kunden und Abgleich mit den internen Fertigungskapazitäten
- Definition, Einführung Kontrolle von standardisierten Arbeitsweisen in der Abteilung im Einklang mit den CES-Prozessen
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsinnitiativen (z.B. MES) im Verantwortungsbereich
- Mitarbeiterentwicklung, -motivation und -engagement entsprechend des Airbus Leadership Modells
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und aktive Verbesserung der Airbus Helicopters HSE Standards

**Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, Fachrichtung Maschinenbau / Produktionstechnik / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem Industriebereich
- Idealerweise fachliches Hintergrundwissen im Bereich Metall Einzelteilfertigung / Produktionssteuerung
- Kenntnisse von LEAN-Methoden und PPS
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch fließend; Englisch sehr gut; Spanisch von Vorteil
- Proaktive, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit
