About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diamond Turning Machinist to join our team at Mynaric AG. As a Diamond Turning Machinist, you will be responsible for operating single point diamond turning CNC machines to produce high-precision optical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate single point diamond turning CNC machines to produce high-precision optical components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Perform quality control checks on finished components to ensure they meet specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve any production issues or concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient production
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related industry, such as optics or precision engineering
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining and diamond turning processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
