Role Objective:
Create strategic growth and revenue for Core Banking software and service offerings through new client acquisition of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions in the German market.
- Currently responsible for selling core banking solutions in the Germany market.
- Able to demonstrate a very strong sales track record including the strategic management of client relationships.
- Have closed individual new business deals in excess of Euro 2-5 mn
- Good level of contacts in the German speaking market.
- Proven new client acquisition and C Level connect in the German market.
- Native German and professional proficiency in English

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience from a financial software or banking background with in-depth knowledge of the industry domain - German Tier 1, 2 FI’s, core banking and the bank’s clients
- Must have a self-starting, driven, assertive and positive attitude with proven ability to achieve stretch sales targets
- Experience in selling Euro 2-5 mn software licenses
- Strong relationship management skills with excellent customer focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong inter-personal and influencing skills
- Persuasive communication, presentation and negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain prospect and client contacts at all levels.
