Für den Standort im in Eschborn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin zur direkten Personalvermittlung in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis einen

**Order Processing Specialist / Mitarbeiter Auftragsabwicklung DACH, FRA, ESP (m/w/d) - DIREKTVERMITTLUNG**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Übernahme der umfangreichen sowie komplexen Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich der Investitionsgüter fokussierend für die DACH-Region und vertretungsweise in weiteren Regionen (Frankreich, Spanien, Portugal und Italien)
- Telefonische Betreuung von Kunden (B2B)
- Bereitstellung von Preis
- und Verfügbarkeitsinformationen
- Kontrolle der Kundenkonditionen sowie entsprechende Kennzeichnung in SAP
- Koordination der Versendungen inkl. der Absprachen mit dem eigenen Distributionscenter
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rücksendungen
- Überwachung der Aufträge
- Kontaktaufnahme mit der Kreditkontrolle in Bezug auf neue Kontodetails und/oder Kreditanfragen
- Anfertigung diverser Auswertungen und Reports sowie Unterstützung bei den Monatsabschlüssen im entsprechenden Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Projekten
- Teilnahme an Schulungen

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Groß- und Außenhandel oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Hochschulabschluss mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Order Management/Auftragsabwicklung oder Customer Service
- SAP R/3 (SD, MM) Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie mindestens gute Französisch
- oder Spanischkenntnisse
- Souveräner Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Kunden
