**Who is the Enterprise Account Executive?**

**What will you be responsible for**:

- Define and execute territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and manage sales pipeline: prospect and assess new sales potential while moving multiple deals through the sales pipeline
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers.
- Maintain your opportunities in the CRM and provide regular reporting to senior leaders in the business on your pipeline and forecast
- Execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
- Convert customer problems into solutions
- Built strong Relations with RE Stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing Fortune 500 customers.
- Develop sales strategies to build strong relationships with corporate Heads of Real Estate, CFO’s, Heads of HR and other decision makers to grow new and existing accounts

**Requirements**:
**Do you have the following experience?**
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales, account management or related industry
- Excellent team player
- Strong Extensive experience working with various companies and stakeholders
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in German and English
- Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
- A ‘can do’ approach
