**Ihre zentrale Rolle**:
**Mit Ihrem Know-how das globale Reisegeschäft weiter ausbauen**
- Als Abteilungsleitung- Stellen Sie die Qualität, Profitabilität und Risiko Adequacy aller ERGO Reiseprodukte sicher und steuern das Reisegeschäft aktiv auf einen optimalen Portfoliomix.
- Sind Sie für die Underwriting und Pricing Standards im Reisesegment verantwortlich.
- Tragen Sie zur Definition des strategischen Zielbilds des Segments Global Travel bei.
- Sorgen Sie für Profit Testing, technische Produkt
- und Portfolioanalyse sowie und deren Weiterentwicklung auf lokaler Ebene, um geeignete Portfolio-Steuerungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Zeichnen Sie den Risikoappetit und die Rückversicherungsstrategie des gesamten Reise-und Krankenversicherungsgeschäfts frei.
- Nehmen Sie gemäß ERGO Governance die Rolle der Produktfunktion im Board of Directors von Reisegesellschaften wahr.

**Ihr Profil**:
**Aktuarielles Know-how gepaart mit Leitungserfahrung**
- Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einem Universitätsabschluss in Volkswirtschaftslehre, Betriebswirtschaft, Mathematik oder einer ähnlichen Qualifikation. Als Mitglied in einer anerkannten Aktuarsvereinigung (z. B. DAV, FSA) bringen Sie Ihr Fachwissen in unsere dynamische Organisation ein.
Ihre Erfahrungen in der Teamführung und Business Transformation sind für uns von zentraler Bedeutung. Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Teams zu leiten und Veränderungsprozesse erfolgreich zu gestalten.
Ein herausragendes Verständnis für Produkte, Underwriting und Schaden, sowie für Governance-Prozesse und den regulatorischen Rahmen im Reisegeschäft zeichnen Sie aus. Sie beherrschen sowohl die deutsche als auch die englische Sprache fließend.**Unser Angebot**:
