**DEINE AUFGABEN**

Für unsere neue Talent-Management-Unit (Asc/Con-Level) für das Consulting Team suchen wir einen **Talent Management (Senior) Coordinator (w/m/d)**. Du bist erste Ansprechperson bei allen HR-Themen für die (Junior) Associates und (Junior) Consultants aus bestimmten Offices in G&A. Dabei bist du verantwortlich für das Career-Development dieser Kohorten ebenso wie für die Personaleinsatzplanung und begleitest somit unsere Berater:nnen entlang ihrer zentralen Karriereprozesse in einer HR-Business-Partner-ähnlichen Rolle.

Im Rahmen der Personaleinsatzplanung stellst du sicher, dass unsere Associates und Consultants den Projekten optimal zugeordnet werden und die Auswahl dieser Berater:innen ideal auf die jeweiligen Kundenbedürfnisse, aber auch die persönliche Karriereperspektive abgestimmt ist.

Als Mitglied des Kernteams im Career Development Committee bist du für die Betreuung aller Career-Development-Prozesse verantwortlich inklusive der Vor
- und Nachbereitung der Career-Development-Meetings, der Vorbereitung des Bonusprozesses sowie der Einbindung in die Promotion-Prozesse der von dir betreuten Kolleg:innen. Hierbei arbeitest du auch eng mit den jeweiligen Career Advisors des Committee zusammen.

Als Talent Coordinator fungierst du auch als zentrale Ansprechperson rund um HR-Fragen und stellst - für individuelle Fälle, die weitere Absprache benötigen - den Kontakt zu unseren HR-Expertise-Funktionen her. Du erfüllst damit eine wichtige Knotenfunktion als Navigator innerhalb des HR-Universums von BCG. Bei den jeweiligen HR-Themen suchst du stets nach Lösungen, die sowohl Business
- als auch People-Needs mit Weitblick berücksichtigen und die Entwicklung unserer Kolleg:innen als Ganzes im Blick haben. Du kommunizierst die Entscheidungen eigenständig mit ruhigem und empathischem Auftreten sowie diplomatischem Geschick.

- Du bist stressresistent und gut im Lösen von Problemen und bringst dafür die nötige Geduld und Ausdauer mit.
- Du arbeitest selbständig und weißt, wie du deine Aufgaben am besten strukturierst und priorisierst.
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Netzwerke neu zu verknüpfen, und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer.
- Du bist flexibel, motiviert und belastbar und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
- Du verfügst über absolute Integrität, Verschwiegenheit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

**DEINE ERFAHRUNGEN UND QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Du hast ein (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder Kommunikation, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über 1-5 Jahre Erfahrung (alternativ mindestens 2-3 einschlägige Stationen während deines Studiums) im Personalwesen, HR-Business-Partnering oder in der Personaleinsatzplanung in einem dienstleistungsorientierten, dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Potenzialeinschätzung von Mitarbeiter:innen und kannst somit unsere Berater:innen dem jeweiligen Kundenprojekt optimal zuordnen und ihre Entwicklung bestmöglich begleiten.
- Du beherrschst den Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sicher (Excel von Vorteil).
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind exzellent in Wort und Schrift.
