- As Global Executive Talent Management Function (EP) we nurture an ecosystem of tools, expertise and talents to drive Siemens transformation on C-suite level.
**What does that mean concretely?**
As an Executive Talent Management Partner (f/m/d) you
- identify and develop our executive talents as well as pipeline and place for our global core functions
- will build cross-organizational bridges for Siemens by acting as a trusted partner of our Top Management, P&O Heads and Global Expert Teams for executive talent management topics across all businesses, countries and service & governance units
- are responsible for strategic projects in the context of succession planning and development of our talents
- work on crafting the Succession Risk Management (SRM) approach
- leverage data and target group insights to design all efforts for maximum people centricity and business impact
- follow relevant trends about Executive Talent Management
- act as P&O, TL and SPR ambassador
**What you offer**
- University degree with an economic or similar background
- shown longterm experience in executive talent management as (Global) P&O Business Partner or other relevant fields with a focus on C-suite and VP-level roles
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to develop innovative solutions to sophisticated talent challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (proficient English is required; further language skills are a plus)
- Feeling the pulse of Siemens - deep understanding of Siemens business transformation as well as strong relationship-building & influencing skills to handle expectations of executive level partners who will appreciate your ability to understand and navigate a sophisticated, global matrix organization
- Handle conflicting and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, resilience will be key to enjoy the ride with us
