Die ZMF Event GmbH ist seit über 10 Jahren im Bereich Kultur, -Event, -Musik, sowie Gastronomie tätig und vorrangig durch den Betrieb des Clubs „RSO“ (ehem. „Griessmuehle“) und das Revier Südost bekannt.

Unter dem Namen „Revier Südost“ entsteht ein neuer Kultur-Standort auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Bärenquell-Brauerei in Berlin-Schöneweide. Neben dem „RSO“ befinden sich auf demselben Gelände auch ein Biergarten und weitere Eventflächen. Zudem betreibt die ZMF Event GmbH einen Schallplattenladen „Latitude“ und die „Bar am Ufer“ in Berlin-Neukölln. Damit bietet das Unternehmen ein vielseitiges Kulturprogramm und ist im stetigen Wachstum.

**Der Artistic Director (AD) in der Marketing
- und Kommunikationsabteilung vom RSO** spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Leitung und Gestaltung der Gesamtentwicklung, Umsetzung und Pflege von Kampagnen, Projekten und der Markenidentität. Der AD ist verantwortlich für die Förderung von Innovation, Kreativität und Effektivität in den Bereichen Werbung, Branding und Promotion, um Geschäftsziele zu erreichen und den Markenwert zu steigern.
**- Kreative Vision: Entwickeln und formulieren Sie die kreative Gesamtvision und -strategie von RSO für Marketing
- und Kommunikationsinitiativen. Dazu gehört das Verständnis der "Produktziele" (unserer Veranstaltungen), der Zielgruppen, der Markttrends und der Wettbewerbslandschaft. Im Vordergrund steht dabei das jährlich wechselnde Saisonthema und der Fokus, der die Richtung für alle Maßnahmen und das Programm in Bezug auf Thema und Inhalt vorgibt**.
- Konzeptentwicklung: Generieren Sie innovative und überzeugende Konzepte für Promo-Kampagnen, Anzeigen, Branding und andere kreative Projekte. Umsetzung strategischer Ziele in kreative Konzepte, die bei den Zielgruppen Anklang finden.
**- Ausführung: Planung, Überwachung, Ausführung und Gestaltung kreativer Kampagnen und Produkte für verschiedene Kanäle wie Web, Print, soziale Medien, Animation und Video. Sicherstellung der Konsistenz von Botschaften, Tonalität und visueller Identität. ◦ Die wichtigsten Aufgaben sind: ◦ Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Aktualisierung aller Promo-Assets und -Aktionen für die monatliche Programmeinführung sowie aller internen Veranstaltungsvorgaben entsprechend dem aktuellen saisonalen Designstil und Thema ◦ enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter der Abteilung Kommunikation und soziale Medien und regelmäßige Abstimmung, wann welche Assets benötigt werden ◦ Betreuung aller Printmedien ◦ Motion Design von Promo-Assets, z. B. für den Livecast**
- Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Booking Team, Event Operations, Accounting und Management, um die Abstimmung und Integration von kreativen Initiativen mit den allgemeinen Geschäftszielen zu gewährleisten.
**- Qualitätskontrolle: Führen Sie gründliche Überprüfungen und Qualitätskontrollen durch, um sicherzustellen, dass alle kreativen Assets - sowohl die intern erstellten als auch die extern entworfenen für alle Werbezwecke - den Markenstandards entsprechen, fehlerfrei sind und beim Zielpublikum ankommen.**
- Budgetverwaltung: Verwalten Sie Budgets und Ressourcen effektiv, um kreative Projekte innerhalb des Umfangs, des Zeitrahmens und der Budgetvorgaben zu realisieren. Setzen Sie Prioritäten bei den Ausgaben, um Wirkung und ROI zu maximieren.
**- Interaktion mit Promotoren und Partnern: Interaktion mit Promotoren und Partnern, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen, kreative Konzepte und Ideen zu präsentieren, Feedback einzuholen und die Zufriedenheit der Promotoren und Partner sicherzustellen. Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu ihnen, um langfristige Partnerschaften zu fördern.**

- oder Kommunikationsbranche, mit einer Erfolgsbilanz von erfolgreichen Kampagnen und Projekten. Im besten Fall im Bereich elektronische Musik, Clubkultur oder Berliner Nachtleben.

**2. Kreatives Portfolio**: Ein starkes Portfolio, das eine Reihe von kreativen Arbeiten über verschiedene Kanäle wie Digital, Print, Video, Social Media, etc. zeigt. Das Portfolio sollte Kreativität, Innovation und strategisches Denken demonstrieren.

**3. Kommunikationsfähigkeiten**: Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um Ideen, Konzepte und Strategien effektiv an interne Teams, Projektträger und Partner zu vermitteln.

**4. Strategisches Denken**: Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und die kreativen Bemühungen mit den Geschäftszielen, den Erkenntnissen über die Zielgruppe, den Markttrends und der Wettbewerbsanalyse in Einklang zu bringen.
