Aufgaben
- Du führst ein crossfunktionales Business Team aus Entwickler: innen, Kreativen und Projektmanagern und hast dabei den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg deines Teams im Blick
- Du trägst sowohl Umsatz
- als auch Ergebnisverantwortung für dein Business Team und definierst dafür das Leistungsportfolio des Teams
- Du begleitest das Recruiting für neue Mitarbeiter: innen deines Teams und bringst dich aktiv in die Mitarbeiter: innensuche ein
- Du bist eng mit unseren Technologiepartnern wie Scayle, Shopware oder Contentful vernetzt und treibst die Innovationskraft des Teams aktiv voran.
- Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung und bist im engen Austausch mit unseren fachlichen Directoren der verschiedenen Gewerke
- Du arbeitest in deinem Fachgebiet strategisch und operativ im Projektgeschäft mit und unterstützt bei strategisch wichtigen Kundenterminen

Qualifikation
- Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Projektgeschäft sowie Agenturerfahrung mit
- Fachlich fühlst du dich im Projektmanagement, in der IT oder im kreativen Bereich Zuhause und konntest schon einige operative Erfahrungen sammeln
- Du hast bereits cross-funktionale Teams im agilen Arbeitsumfeld gesteuert oder kannst auf erste Führungserfahrungen zurückgreifen
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus
- Du schaffst es dein Team sowie den Kunden zu begeistern und mitzuziehen

- Remote oder Büro? Mit unserem hybriden Arbeitszeitmodell kannst du schauen, wo es dir am besten passt. In der Position als Business Director ist es uns aber wichtig, dass du min. 2-3 Tage pro Woche ins Office kommst
