- We are looking for an experienced**Director Service & Maintenance (M/F/d)**
- in full-time in our department Customer Services in Munich or Berlin.**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the Service & Maintenance Department and the Global S&M Team
- Strategic development of the Service & Maintenance Global Team in regards to Global Service & Maintenance Hubs, outsourcing decisions, development of strong partner network etc.
- Drive of productization of the Service & Maintenance offering
- Increase of Service & Maintenance Revenue and Profitability
- Ensuring the proper and timely implementation of Service & Maintenance projects in cooperation with all necessary internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and control of the Service & Maintenance projects using defined KPIs (e.g. service delivery in time, budget, quality and customer satisfaction)
- Efficient use of resources through optimized assignment of employees to projects
- Digitalization of the After Sales Processes

**Required skills and experience**:

- Professional Experience of more than 10 years
- Studied mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable education / work experience
- Experience as Service (Level) Manager
- Minimum 2 years of team / department leadership experience
- ITIL Know-How / Certificates as upside
- Leading / Coaching management style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
