Für unseren Bereich Human Resources suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin im HR Business Partner Mgmt. Corporate einen HR Business Partner (m/w/d) , der zudem Aufgaben als HR Transformation Manager (m/w/d ) übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die strategische und operative HR-Betreuung eines definierten Fachbereichs Beratung des Managements und der Mitarbeiter in HR-relevanten Fragestellungen in Kooperation mit den HR Spezialisten-Teams sowie Gewinnung und Förderung von Talenten/Diversity Sicherstellung, Begleitung und Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer regelmäßigen HR-Prozesse und -Instrumente in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Functional Teams (z.B. Gehaltsreviews, Performance und Talent Management, Nachfolgesicherung oder Personalplanung) Beratung des Managements und Begleitung von HR-Projekten, Veränderungs-initiativen und Reorganisationen Optimierung der Kollaboration im globalen HR Team Konzeption und stetige Weiterentwicklung eines globalen HR Upskilling Programmes Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

Ihr Profil:

Sie haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und an der Gestaltung gemeinsamer Themen, suchen gemeinsame Lösungen und gewinnen Menschen für Ihre Überzeugung Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation absolviert Sie verfügen über erste Erfahrung als HR Business Partner und/oder in der Begleitung von Transformationsprozessen Sie denken in die Zukunft, analysieren die Kundenbedarfe und zeigen proaktiv pragmatische Lösungen auf Sie haben Freude daran, den HR-Rahmen in unserem Unternehmen mitzugestalten und zu prägen Sie haben idealerweise bereits mit SAP HCM und/oder SuccessFactors gearbeitet, Office und Power Point sind selbstverständlich für Sie Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Englisch und Deutsch
