**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Overall responsibility for monthly closing process and key KPIs
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs for Forecast and Budget reporting on all levels within our Business Area
- Monitor development of actuals against budget/forecast as well as risks and opportunities
- Coordinate annual Budget process
- Prepare regular reports for management with presentations to management for review and approval
- Act as a business partner e.g., by guiding through monthly closing
- Prepare reports and analysis content via dashboards by visualization & guided analysis
- Drive simplification and harmonization, e.g. by leading global projects

**What You Bring**
- University degree in the field of Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or comparable
- 8+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling, specifically around closing and forecasting activities as well as financial and analytical processes
- Ability to lead and motivate in complex and uncertain situations
- Knowledge around tools and data (dashboards by visualization & guided analysis)
- Ability to effectively manage tasks and projects
- Business fluency in English
