Content Moderator

Join TikTok, the leading short-form mobile video platform, as a Content Moderator - Quality Assurance Specialist in our Trust & Safety team.

As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of ensuring the quality of our online community and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain high performance standards across all projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with XFN teams to identify project needs and deliver high-performance results.
• Compiling and delivering regular performance data reports to senior management and stakeholders as required.
• Supporting temporary market support gaps and collaborating with the internal onboarding team to develop training SOPs and materials.
• Designing and implementing a training plan for content moderation best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a short video product user industry, with fluency in English and German required due to the role's focus on communication with German markets. Experience in content moderation, labeling, and machine learning is an added advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT/Excel/Word) is also preferred.

In this fast-paced working environment, you will be responsible for exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
