**Unsere Philosophie**:
Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Software-Startup aus Ingolstadt und unser 80-köpfiges Team hat eine Software entwickelt, mit der beispielsweise die Deutsche Bahn oder Rossmann ihre Social-Media Aktivitäten managen (SocialHub).

Bei SocialHub wirst Du mit einer Menge kreativer Menschen, Strategen, Tech Geeks und vor allem ambitionierten und zielstrebigen Leuten aus über 20 Ländern zusammenarbeiten. Wir sind alle verschieden und arbeiten nach unserem eigenen Rhythmus, aber uns alle vereint unsere Firmenphilosophie: “We believe that work should be fun”.

Einer unserer wichtigsten Erfolgsfaktoren ist die Nähe zu unseren Kunden und unser Ziel, mit unserem Produkt relevante Probleme zu lösen. Wir wollen konstant besser darin werden Wert für unsere Kunden zu schaffen um das Werkzeug der Wahl im Arbeitsalltag der Social Media Teams zu werden. Unser Kernmarkt ist DACH und zukünftig weitere EU Länder. Hierbei baust du auf einer Kundenbasis von rund 500 Kunden, sowie einem 25 köpfigen Product & Tech Team auf.

Create Competitive Advantage** - Du lernst den Markt und den Kunden von heute besser als jeder andere in der Firma kennen. Du lernst zu verstehen wo sich der Kunde und Markt von morgen hinentwickeln wird und schaffst einen “Competitive Advantage” für SocialHub. Als Basis dafür dient dir die SocialHub Produktvision.
- ** Ensure everybody is well informed** - Du verantwortest die Schnittstelle und den Prozess zwischen Kunde - Customer Success (CSM) - Kundensupport - Entwicklung und Produkt und stellst sicher, dass jeder gut informiert ist (Kunde/Management/Team). Es wird klar nachvollziehbar warum wie priorisiert oder depriorisiert wird. Wann möglich und sinnvoll belegst du und dein Team eure Entscheidungen mit klaren Daten.
- ** Grow product ARPA by 30 %** - Du erhöhst den durchschnittlichen Wert unseres Produkts beim Kunden (Average Revenue per Account kurz ARPA) binnen 18 Monaten um 30%.

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du kommunizierst und vertrittst die Produktvision innerhalb des Unternehmens und leitest die passende Produktstrategie daraus ab
- Unter Einbezug von Nutzerdaten und -feedback, sowie sämtlicher Stakeholder-Informationen entwickelst du die strategische Produktroadmap
- Du stellst sicher, dass das Produktteam auf ein gemeinsames Ziel hinarbeitet und führst alle Produktstränge zusammen
- Du identifizierst geeignete Feedbackkanäle und sorgst dafür, dass Nutzerinformationen nahtlos in den Produktentwicklungsprozess einfließen
- Du unterstützt unsere empowered PDE Teams bei der Entwicklung von Konzeptideen, die maximalen Mehrwert liefern und zur definierten Produktstrategie passen
- Zusammen mit Marketing, Sales und CSM erarbeitest du Produktkommunikations
- und vermarktungsstrategien
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Produktziele und die Erfüllung definierter KPIs
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst und implementierst du eine Data Strategie, die euch bei der Zielerreichung unterstützt
- Als Führungskraft trägst du die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und das Coaching deines direkten Teams aus Product Managern und Product Designern sowie für den Ausbau des Produktteams
