Head of Marketing & PR in aufstrebendem Cleantech (Familien-)Unternehmen gesucht im Bereich Trinkwasser

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich zählen u.a.:

- Sie verantworten das On
- und Offline Marketing von Deutschlands bekanntester Kalkschutzanlage: AQON Pure
- Sie entwickeln und setzen erfolgreich neue Markenstrategien im Rahmen von Marketingkonzepten um und bringen Ihre Erfahrung im Bereich Content Creation, Webseitenanalyse und Webseitenbetreuung erfolgreich ein.
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Erstellen und Betreuen sämtlicher Online-Marketingformate, insbesondere Google Ads, Native Ads, Social Media, SEO und E-Mail Marketing (es steht ein jährliches, 7-stelliges Werbebudget zur Verfügung)
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativ
- und Digitalagenturen
- PR Arbeit: Sie haben Erfahrung in der Erstellung von PR Strategien und im Kontakt Journalisten
- Optional: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Internationalisierungstrategien

Sie bringen u.a. mit:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Public Relations oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise in der SHK-Branche
- Exzellente Kommunikations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Inhalten für verschiedene Marketingkanäle
- Versiert im mehrstufigen Einsatz von relevanten analogen und digitalen Medien
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien
- Starke Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikations
- und Moderationsgeschick
- Hohes Maß an kreativer Neugier gepaart mit Organisationsgeschick, Gestaltungssicherheit und technischem Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ggf. Reisebereitschaft
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM Systemen
