Unser Kunde ist ein mitttelständisches Familienunternehmen und in seiner Nische hervorragend positioniert. Zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und des Produktportfolios suchen wir eine unternehmerische Person, die sich für den Bereich Produktion verantwortlich zeichnet.

Aufgaben
- Aktives Management und Business Partnering des eigenen Bereiches, Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Management Team sowie der Dienstleister und Kunden
- Sie verantworten die operative Umsetzung im Bereich Produktion, auch (Um-)Verpackung mit
- Sie stellen den reibungslosen Ablauf bzgl. Termin
- und Kostenrahmen sicher
- Die Arbeitssicherheit stellt einen weiteren Schwerpunkt ihrer Aufgaben dar
- Darüber hinaus verantworten sie die Einteilung der Personalplanung, unterstützen die operative und kaufmännische Produktionsplanung und Umsetzung und stellen die fachlich Führung ihrer Mitarbeiter sicher
- Sie wirken bei der Einhaltung von SOPs sowie Behördeninspektionen direkt mit
- Sie gestalten den Bereich strategisch weiter (u.a. Primärproduktion)

Qualifikation
- Sie sind eine unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit Herz und Hand
- Sie haben mehrjährige (Führungs-)erfahrung im Umfeld Produktion, Packaging, Kitting usw. und kennen die Arbeit im Kontext "Pharma" im Mittelstand
- Sie agieren intern wie extern mit allen Partnern auf Augenhöhe, sind nahbar und pflegen eine offene, faire, transparente und konstruktive Kommunikation
- Sie suchen eine Unternehmenskultur, in der Sie sich künftig zu Hause fühlen können: keine unnötige Politik, dafür Bodenständigkeit und "offenes Visier"
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch und haben eine gesunde Portion Humor
