Wir suchen Dich als
Spezialist Qualitätsmanagement & Lebensmittelsicherheit (m/w/d)
inkl. Mikrobiologie

für die Koordination des Qualitätsmanagements zur Sicherstellung des entsprechenden Qualitäts
- und Sicherheitsstandards des Endproduktes sowie zur Sicherstellung des Qualitätsbewusstseins in unserem Werk in Barsinghausen.

Deine neuen Aufgaben
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen von Rohstoffen und Verpackungsmaterialien durch.
- Dabei arbeitest du mit Lieferanten (inkl. Ergebnisanalyse, Statistiken, jährliche Lieferantenbewertung) zusammen und führst sensorische Bewertungen von Rohstoffen und Verpackungsmaterialien durch.
- Du verantwortest das Reklamationsmanagement von Rohstoffen und Verpackungsmaterialien für den Standort Barsinghausen.
- Du führst das mikrobiologische Labor inkl. der Auswertung von mikrobiologischen Analysen und der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen.
- Du verwaltest Referenzmuster und übernimmst die Koordination von Rohstoffen und Verpackungsmaterialien.
- Du unterstützt bei der Verwaltung des Rückverfolgbarkeitsprozesses für Verpackungsmaterialien, Rohstoffe, Halbfertigprodukte und Fertigprodukte.
- Du verwaltest Proben für Labortests.
- Du bist Mitglied unseres Auditteams (intern/extern: z. B. Rohstoffe, Verpackung und Drittlieferanten).
- Ebenso nimmst Du aktiv an amtlichen Kontrollen und externen Audits teil.
- Du bist Bestandteil bei der Durchführung der Qualitätspolitik innerhalb von Bahlsen und setzt die Qualitätsanforderungen der Kunden und des GFSI-Standards um.
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst QM-Dokumente (Verfahren/ Anweisungen).

Das bringst Du mit
- Eine Ausbildung zum mikrobiologischen oder biologisch technischen Assistenten (m/w/d) odervergleichbare Fachschulausbildung.
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln.
- Du hast bereits einschlägige Kenntnisse der gängigen Normen und Standards in der Lebensmittelindustrie, sowie im Bereich QM-Systeme und Prozesse.
- Ebenso verfügst Du über einschlägige Kenntnisse im Bereich von GFSI-Standards, Kundenanforderungen, HACCP und zur Risikobewertung der Lebensmittelsicherheit.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse der Mikrobiologie in der Lebensmittelindustrie.
- Du überzeugst durch Dein analytisches Denkvermögen, Deine Sorgfalt und Deine methodischeund strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Deinen Arbeitsalltag meisterst Du problemlos mit Deinen sehr guten Deutsch und guten Englischkenntnissen.
- Der sichere Umgang mit relevanter Software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) und in der Auswertung von Testberichten und Analysen ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
