About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronician to join our team at Manpower Personaldienstleistung GmbH. As a key member of our production line maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production line equipment and machinery
  • Optimize maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with production line equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Source and procure replacement parts and materials
Requirements

  • Completed education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or technical role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 level)
  • Availability to work in a 2-shift system
  • Familiarity with industrial automation systems and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (an asset)
