We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our team at be4work GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve production goals
  • Develop and implement efficient staff scheduling and planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and scheduling standards
  • Identify and implement improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage regulatory requirements and employee training programs
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Production, or a related field
  • Prior leadership experience in a production environment, preferably in food manufacturing
  • Extensive experience in leadership and team management
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and software applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
  • Fluency in English
