Aufgaben
Als Finance Associate (w/m/d) bist du für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer effektiven strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens im Finanzbereich verantwortlich. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam und anderen Führungskräften zusammen, um langfristige finanzielle Ziele zu definieren und zu erreichen. Dabei wirst du wichtige Protokolle und Workflows aufsetzten, um dem Unternehmen zu schnellem Wachstum zu verhelfen.
**Deine Aufgaben umfassen**:
- Entwicklung der Finanzstrategie zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums, einschließlich der Kapitalstruktur, Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten, Risikobewertung und Cashflow Management
- Unterstützung beim Management und der Pflege bestehender Investorenbeziehungen, das Aufsetzten von Reportings, Workflows und Protokollen zur Überwachung des wirtschaftlichen Erfolgs
- Analyse der finanziellen Performance des Unternehmens, um fundierte strategische Empfehlung an das Gründerteam zu geben
- Überwachung und Überarbeitung der strategischen Pläne, Identifikation von finanziellen Risiken und deren Minimierung
- Aktive Rolle in der Due Diligence und Verhandlung neuer Finanzierungsrunden sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Investoren und externen Stakeholdern
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finance, Consulting und Business Development von Vorteil
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Financial Modelling Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem teamorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
