Founder's Associate

Milano Vice, founded in 2021, is a German food-consumer startup that leverages existing kitchens to sell best-in-class pizzas, pinsas, and other Italian-inspired specialties. We have 50+ locations throughout Germany and are supported by leading investors in New York and Europe.
We are seeking a Founder's Associate to support on key strategic topics across the company. You will work directly with the Head of Strategy, Milano Vice co-founders, and cross-functionally with Sales, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to shape the future of our company.
Tasks
- Drive key strategic projects to help Milano Vice reach its near
- and long-term business goals.
- Provide quantitative analysis and insights to department leads to shape their perspectives and influence decision-making.
- Create materials to communicate important findings to the management team, investors, and other key stakeholders
- Support teams on regular strategic initiatives, planning, KPI tracking, and performance management processes.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar organizations.
- Analytical mindset. Enjoys working with data to support strategic recommendations. Experience using Excel is required.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate recommendations to stakeholders throughout the company.
- Enthusiasm for out-of-the-box thinking and a bias towards action.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in consumer tech, food, hospitality, or other retail.
