Ihre Aufgaben - Was erwartet Sie als Experte (w/m/d) Coatings & Packaging?

Seien Sie Teil unseres neuen Geschäftsbereichs und bauen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen (w/m/d) die Geschäfte Siegwerks im Bereich Coatings für Lebensmittelverpackungen auf. Dabei übernehmen Sie selbstständig die Betreuung unserer Kunden und empfehlen das beste Produkt für deren Bedarfe.
Als Experte (w/m/d) im Bereich Coatings für Verpackungslösungen begleiten und leiten Sie Versuche beim Kunden oder im eigenen Labor, erstellen technische Berichte und präsentieren unsere Produkte beim Kunden.
Sollten etwaige Probleme oder Reklamationen auftauchen, lösen Sie diese gemeinsam und vertrauensvoll vor Ort beim Kunden oder im Labor und sind damit ein wichtiger Sparringspartner (w/m/d) für diesen.
Sie führen selbstständig Audits bei neuen Kunden durch und benchmarken die Leistung unserer Produkte.
Sie kommunizieren Kundenbedürfnisse als Ideen für Neuentwicklungen und unterstützen bei diesen oder bei der Verbesserung bestehender Produkte.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kollegen (w/m/d) aus dem Vertrieb zusammen und übernehmen Produktanwendungsschulungen bei Kunden.

Ihr Profil - Was bringen Sie als Experte (w/m/d) Coatings & Packaging mit?

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Bereich mit vertieften Kenntnissen in Polymer
- oder physikalischer Chemie, Kunststoff
- oder Beschichtungstechnologie.
Sie sehen sich als Pionier (w/m/d) im Bereich Coatings für Verpackungslösungen und haben den Drive dieses wichtige Segment für mehr Nachhaltigkeit nach vorne zu treiben.
Dabei bringen Sie ausgeprägtes Wissen über die Papier
- und Verpackungsmärkte sowie industrielle Erfahrungen im Coatings für Lebensmittelverpackungen mit.
Sie besitzen ein tiefes Verständnis für chemisch-physikalische Prozesse und Technologien, sind kreativ, lösungsorientiert und innovationsfreudig mit der Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen.
Sie kommunizieren fließend in Deutsch und Englisch und Ihnen gelingt es, technische Themen verständlich an Kunden und Kollegen (w/m/d) zu vermitteln.
