Ihre Aufgaben - Was erwartet Sie als Senior Experte (w/m/d) Coatings?
Sie übernehmen die Betreuung unserer Kunden und empfehlen das beste Produkt für deren spezielle Anwendungen. Zudem lösen Sie etwaige Probleme direkt beim Kunden oder im Labor. Dabei bauen Sie Vertrauen auf und stellen sicher, dass unsere Produkte optimal genutzt und verarbeitet werden.
Sie erstellen technische Berichte, inklusive Inhalt und Schlussfolgerungen von Meetings. Des Weiteren begleiten und organisieren Sie Versuche beim Kunden und präsentieren unsere Produkte dort bestmöglich.
Sie greifen bei technischen Problemen oder Reklamationen ein und sorgen dafür, dass diese effizient gelöst werden.
Sie führen Audits bei neuen Kunden durch und benchmarken die Leistung unserer Produkte.
Sie kommunizieren Kundenbedürfnisse als Ideen für Neuentwicklungen und unterstützen bei Neuentwicklungen oder Verbesserung unserer Produkte.
Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Vertriebsmitarbeitenden zusammen und übernehmen Produktanwendungsschulungen bei Kunden.
Ihr Profil - Was bringen Sie als Senior Experte (w/m/d) Coatings mit?
Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Wissen über die Papier
- und Verpackungsmärkte und bringen umfassende industrielle Erfahrung sowie praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Coatings mit Barriereeigenschaften für Lebensmittelverpackungen mit.
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Bereich mit vertieften Kenntnissen in Polymer
- oder physikalischer Chemie, Kunststoff
- oder Beschichtungstechnologie.
Sie besitzen ein tiefes Verständnis für chemisch-physikalische Prozesse und Technologien, sind kreativ, lösungsorientiert und innovationsfreudig mit der Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
Sie kommunizieren fließend in Deutsch und Englisch und haben ein ausgezeichnetes Kommunikations-, Präsentations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick, um technische Themen effizient und konstruktiv an Kunden, Vorgesetzte und Kollegen (w/m/d) zu vermitteln.
Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Geduld für Ihre Aufgaben und Projekte mit.
