**Requirements**:
Your main accountabilities include:

- Check data entry for outgoing invoices in system, submit invoices to customers after check completed
- Processing of customer queries related to invoicing
- Processing of incoming invoices & handling complaints related to wrong billings
- Monitoring of incoming payments, Creation of account statements
- Dispatch of payment reminders
- Checking and processing of discrepancies

Qualifications and Experience:

- Commercial vocational training or corresponding professional experience
- Preferably a few years of freight forwarding experience, but not mandatory
- Affinity for working with numbers and financial processes
- Very good written and spoken German, good written and spoken English skills
- Good computer skills in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Attention to detail, initiative, ability to work in a team
