**Penumbra Europe GmbH** is based in Berlin, headquartered in Alameda, California. We are a
**global healthcare company** focused on
**innovative therapies**. Penumbra designs, develops, manufactures, and markets novel products and has a broad portfolio that addresses challenging medical conditions in markets with significant unmet needs.
**Penumbra sells its products to hospitals and healthcare providers** primarily through its direct sales organizations in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia, and through distributors in selected international markets.

For our customer service department in Berlin we are looking for a
**Customer Service Representative (M/F/d)** for our Polish customers in full time for the next possible date.

**What you'll work on**:

- Process customer orders in our ERP system (QAD/ SAP)
- Initiate and follow customer returns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Portuguese customers (hospitals)
- Support the Polish Sales team by providing relevant information in a timely manner
- Proactively reach out to customers and colleagues
- Provide data and information to multiple departments within Penumbra
- Support Customer Service Supervisors on dedicated projects where needed and appropriate

**What you'll bring**:

- Strong communication skills
- Team Player with a service attitude
- Analytical mindset with high affinity for numbers and data
- Detail-oriented with a good sense for urgency and priorities
- Experience working with an ERP system (ideally SAP) would be an advantage
- Native level of Polish & full fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
