**Global Head of Productmanagement (m/w/d)**

Main Tasks
- Define and implement the global category and portfolio strategy (consumer insights driven and geared to towards sustainable growth )
- Identify, focus and take responsibility for new national and international product innovation, especially in the direction of design, sustainability, health and smart cooking
- Ensure global roll-out of product strategies and implement strategic launches
- Identify growth potential and build an end-customer focused innovation process and mindset
- Develop a future-proof and market-relevant portfolio (ensuring maximum sales growth with minimum complexity), considering country-specific cooking behavior and trends.
- Be responsible for building and ensuring product design identity
- Monitor the product development process and projects in close coordination with the appropriate relevant development and sourcing teams
- Implement and support global insights and foresight management
- Motivate, lead and develop the global product management team
- Manage projects and product budgets

Professional qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in leading global product or category teams
- Proven track record in product driven growth and building a sustainable, profitable portfolio
(ideally in consumer durables, lifestyle and premium brands)
- Strong leadership and management skills, empowering teams, driving agility and setting priorities
- Strong communication and implementation skills, structured project management
- Global experience and mindset (experience with Asian and Chinese markets an advantage)
- Passion for food, cooking, design would be desirable
