As **Team Lead Shop Content & Merchandising** you are responsible for the newsletter and onsite communication of our Shop. You will be leading our diverse team of Merchandisers, Online Content Managers, Graphic Designers and Editors to successfully develop and implement our newsletter and onsite content marketing strategy across all of our 9 markets. Your main goal is to select the right topics, visual and editorial content to both drive sales and conversion and create an inspiring onsite brand presentation. To achieve this, you work closely with our Marketing team and other departments like CRM, Category Management and Tech. This position is based in Munich and unlimited.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- lead the Shop Content and Merchandising team, drive the vision, strategy and goals together with the Head of Digital Merchandising and challenge that status
- lead and conduct the annual strategic and tactical content planning to maximize traffic and conversion for newsletters and onsite content
- shape our customer experience by making sure topics, copy, graphics and products shown onsite are on brand, inspiring and commercially successful
- coordinate with various stakeholders across the organization leveraging and optimizing marketing campaigns to make use of synergies and ensure integrated business planning
- guarantee great commercial content by briefing content needs and challenging existing content

**YOU COME WITH**
- 5+ years of relevant working experience paired with experience in leading and motivating teams
- creative background and a strong sense for visuals and words
- commercial and retail focus with and understanding for relevant KPIs
- structured and outcome oriented working mode
- fluent in German and English
