- Our client is a London head-quartered asset management boutique with a growing presence in Europe. As part of their expansion in the DACH region, they are recruiting a Sales Support Specialist to join their Frankfurt office on a permanent basis.

A diverse role supporting both the sales process and senior Distribution colleagues in the business, the **Sales Support Specialist **will take responsibility for the following duties:.
- Acting as a point of contact for key investors.
- Supporting with bespoke client reporting requirements.
- Completing client questionnaires and data requests.
- The preparation of marketing materials.
- Managing the CRM systems.
- Coordination of client events and managing Webinar events.
- Ad hoc administrative duties

The** Sales Support Specialist **will meet the following credentials:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a sales support / client service / business development / RFP role at financial institution
- Can speak confidently with clients
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Has a strong eye for detail
- Fluent in German and English
- Experienced user of the MS Office suite, including PowerPoint

This is an excellent opportunity for a Distribution professional with 1-2 years’ financial services experience, looking for their next move.
