Your role and responsibilities

Supporting the sales team by providing advice on technical solutions, products, systems and applications
Develop customized solutions for specific requirements from customers and prepare corresponding proposals
Conducting feasibility tests for new applications in our laboratories
Conducting Factory Acceptance Test with our Customers
Actively acquire feedback about our solutions from customers and drive according improvements
Challenge existing practices and improve internal processes to boost efficiency

Qualifications for the role
  • Open-minded, creative, and ambitious mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Fluent in both German and English languages
  • Several years of experience in an engineering field, preferably in the service for gas analyzers
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in typical office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
