**Aufgaben**:
Übernahme der Verantwortung für einzelne Streams im fortlaufenden Projekt „Rollout eines neuen WFM-Tools in Europa“
Technologische und methodische Beratung sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektergebnissen
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele
Vornahme von Konfigurationsänderungen des Workforce Systems im laufenden Betrieb
Unterstützung in jeder Phase der Projektinitialisierung und Begleitung der Projekte bis zur erfolgreichen Überführung in den operativen Betrieb
2nd Level-Support nach Überführung in den Betriebsmodus

**Profil**:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines technisch orientierten Studiengangs
Erfahrung in der Arbeit in Projektteams und Kenntnisse von mindestens einem WFM-Tool
Praxiserfahrung im stationären Einzelhandel von Vorteil
Erfahrung in der Arbeit nach agilen Vorgehensmodellen
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, hohe soziale Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
Teamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
