Internal Communication Specialist (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung
- Du erarbeitest und setzt die interne Kommunikationsstrategie um
- Du entwickelst, organisierst und führst interne Events im Rahmen des Kampagnenmanagement durch
- Du planst, erstellst und steuerst die Inhalte für unsere internen Kommunikationsinstrumente - insb. Intranet und Kommunikationsbildschirme
- Du liebst die Welt der sozialen Medien und bringst Deine Erfahrungen in die Gestaltung von Posts, Stories und Videos ein und stimmst Dich mit dem Bereich externe Kommunikation ab
- Du bist mit Herzblut redaktionell tätig und begeisterst unsere Mitarbeiter*innen gemeinsam mit Dir zielgruppengerechte Inhalten zu erarbeiten
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem europäischen Netzwerk und teilst Deine wertschöpfenden Ideen innerhalb des Bereichs Human Resources

Anforderungen
- Du weißt die Inhalte eines Studiums im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Sprachen oder Wirtschaft anzuwenden
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Journalismus, Kommunikation oder Human Resources gesammelt
- Du bist kreativ und verfügst über vielfältige Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung moderner Kommunikationsformate
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Sprachkompetenz und arbeitest mit Freude mehrsprachig (Deutsch und Englisch)
- Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen um sowie mit Creative-Software, wie z. B. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop oder Premiere
- Du hast Spaß an der Teamarbeit und bist remote genauso engagiert wie in Präsenz
