**Your Tasks**:
- Responsibility for OTIF delivery of campaigns in Emerging Markets
- Act as project manager and collaborates with different teams and ranks, internally and externally, to ensure OTIF delivery of campaigns in Headquarters
- Lead SprintTeam (Marketing, Comms Lead (content), Consumer Insights Manager, POT, Media, Controlling, Production Manager & Others)
- Ensure 360 campaigns are fully delivered
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and schedule, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Preparation of decision fundament, anticipation and, if necessary, escalation of risks
- Project Presentation in front of the Comms gatekeepers
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on budget. Therefore, budget management skills are expected
- The project manager will also be responsible for managing project resources, mitigating risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders
- Responsible and accountable for the project tracking system: SOW (Asset Tracker), Timeline & Scorecard) and Production Budget & Pos in close cooperation with budget management.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience in a media and communication is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Excel and Data visualization tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in project documentation, financials, and reporting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes and uncertainties that may arise during the project lifecycle.
